Plan Life Care was born from a deeply personal experience. Founder Anthony Ford entered the home healthcare industry after his mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. While searching for care options, he realized that many families struggled to find compassionate, personalized, and reliable in-home care services.
Rather than accepting the limitations of the system, Anthony decided to create a better solution. Like many of our clients, in 2017 he came to the Hub with just an idea which Anthony developed into company centered on dignity, compassion, and practical support for seniors and their families. Plan Life Care focused on helping clients remain independent and comfortable in their own homes, while providing caregivers and families with the support they needed.
The company quickly became known for its human-centered approach to healthcare. Instead of treating home care as simply a service, Plan Life Care emphasized relationship-building, wellness, companionship, and quality of life. Their philosophy was simple: success meant helping clients regain enough independence that they no longer required care.
Over time, Plan Life Care expanded throughout Volusia and Flagler counties and earned recognition for the quality of its caregiving services and its commitment to improving the lives of seniors. Anthony Ford transformed a personal family challenge into a mission-driven business that now serves countless families across the region.
In 2023, Anthony purchased and moved into a building in South Daytona where his full-service home health care agency now resides.
